Hi, I'm NJ and my focus is on helping people over 40 become fitter and healthier. I believe that improved fitness has so many benefits beyond simply looking good. Staying active and eating well is increasingly important as we age and my aim is to help people get the most out of life by being fitter and healthier. I'm a Level 3 CIMPSA Certified Personal Trainer based in Wimbledon with a wealth of fitness experience. As a qualified Mental Health First Aider I understand the benefits that exercise can have on people's mental health. At my age, I can personally relate to the challenge of staying fit and healthy as we age and I know the type of training that can get the best results.
